How does Cash on Delivery work?
Cash on Delivery is a simple 6 step process: Day One The day you make the booking • Step One: You make a provisional booking, either on the website or by calling our hotel executives. When prompted for the form of payment, please select the pay by cash option • Step Two: You will be asked your address and landmark to help us locate your address • Step Three: By the end of the same day, we will call you on the designated telephone number to reconfirm your booking Day Two The day after booking is made • Step Four: Our partner, ExpressIT will call you on the telephone number provided by you to fix a time to collect the payment • Step Five: On the basis of the time fixed, ExpressIT would visit you to collect the booking amount.
