How does CaribFLEX work?
• Persons can visit any authorized CaribFlex authorized dealer in the United States, Canada, and Cayman to purchase credit for Digicel prepaid subscribers. • CaribFlex vouchers are sold in variable amounts (in the local currency whether US$, CAD, or GBP). • The customer purchasing the credit will receive a receipt (See: Number 15) indicating the following: • Top-up Amount / Voucher Amount • Serial number / Transaction Number • MSISDN to which the credit will be added • Transaction Date and Time • The mobile number receiving the credit will receive the following text message informing them that credit has been added to his/her phone: • “You have received currXXX courtesy of CaribFlex.
