How does career coaching take place?
Career coaching sessions are conducted in 30 or 60 minute sessions via the telephone. We begin with a longer intake session, during which time we can discuss and explore your current goals, challenges, and opportunities. We will then develop action plans that will get you closer to your goals and objectives. Since coaching takes place via the phone, you do not have to leave your home or office. CareerSoar works with business professionals from all over the U.S. Appointments are scheduled at convenient times to meet the needs of our clients.
