In the following situations, the user can toggle back and forth between the 2 calls by pressing the Talk/Flash key on the handset. – Landline call is active with a 2nd incoming landline call (requires Call Waiting service from the telephone service provider) – Landline call is active with a 2nd incoming VoIP call – VoIP call is active with a 2nd incoming landline call With below situations that involve a mobile call, it is required for users to first end the current call by pressing the headset button once and then pick up the new incoming call by pressing the headset button again.
