When you order a whole, half, or quarter animal from us we deliver the animal to the processing facility. We will contact you with the hanging weight of the animal. You then need to contact the processor with your cutting instructions, and send a check payable to Miller Brothers Grass Farm. The processor will notify you when your meat is ready for pick-up. Beef is generally ready for pick-up 15-18 days after slaughter, pork 3-4 weeks. You pay processing fees to Cedar Road Meats at time of pick-up.
