How does Bug Hunter Computer Services handle canceled appointments, or “no shows”?
Your time is valuable, as is ours. Unless you notify us within 6-hours prior to your appointment time that you can not keep your appointment, our $35 visit fee will be applied. Similarly, if we arrive and no one at your residence or office is over the age of 18, we can not complete the service call, and the appointment will be canceled, resulting in the $35 visit fee.
