How does Bruce Lees 1-inch punch actually work?
Bruce Lee could not do the One Inch Punch. Look at his video really good and you will see that he is PUSHING, not punching. His footwork is totally wrong. His Posture is totally wrong and his Body Position is totally wrong. He did not understand the real mechanics of the One Inch Punch, It is NOT “Bruce Lee’s”. The one inch punch he learned is from Wing Chun and Wing Chun received it from the Yong Chun White Crane Fist Style. The Hakka and Fujian Arts are where the One Inch Punch originates. That guy from Mythbusters was NOT trained in the One Inch Punch. Trust me.
