How does BrowserKey protect my site?
BrowserKey protects a website by enforcing that only specific client machines (a personal computer for instance) can connect to a BrowserKey Protected Resource. The website developer/owner controls which client machines are allowed to connect by issuing a BrowserKey Password for only those client machines that are licensed to connect to your BrowserKey Protected Resource(s). The BrowserKey Password is client machine and BrowserKey Lock specific. End-users attempting to use a BrowserKey Password on a client machine other than the client machine for which the BrowserKey Password was intended will find that the BrowserKey Password will not be accepted. The end-user will not be able to access the BrowserKey Protected Resource from the unauthorized client machine without first requesting a BrowserKey Password from the website developer/owner.
