How does Britain’s naval supremacy affect the European states system during the 7 Years War period?

The 7 Year’s War was called the French and Indian War by the American Colonies. This war is well covered by Wikipedia. Rather than me just re-writing what they say, go check it out, but British naval superiority always had the European states changing around their alliances within Europe, in the hopes of lessening British influences around the world. Many European countries/borders were still in flux at this time, depending upon what country was the superior power at the time. This constant conflict led smaller states to ally with larger, more powerful neighbors which in turn led to the larger countries that we are familiar with today.
