When you use a SMART Board interactive whiteboard to conference with Bridgit software, you have several writing and saving options. For instance, if you open Notebook software on a shared desktop, any participant can write into the application and the file can be saved. Screen captures of annotations can also be saved into the same Notebook file. If you’re working in Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint applications, annotations written by any participant can be saved directly in the file. For a video of the conference, you can use SMART Recorder to record all data and audio for playback.
