A lot of builders call themselves “custom builders” but in reality they’re tract builders; they’ll let you choose your cabinetry, paint, floor coverings…and for many consumers, that’s perfectly fine. However, creating a home specifically for ones taste, budget, and living requirements is a far cry from building for a carbon-copy suburb.
