HOW DOES BREATHWORK WORK?
After a short interview, you will be guided into a breath technique (breathing through the mouth without pause between the in-breath and out-breath) that is done mainly lying down. Your body charges up with energy, which facilitates the unblocking of tension, emotion, trauma and/or prompts a full-body release. Each session is different and includes varying physical exercises to help you breathe more fully. The facilitator gently supports you throughout the session.
