How does body fat turn to muscle?
Fat doesn’t turn into muscle. Here is what happens: When you workout, you damage your muscle tissue. Your body uses nutrition that you ate to repair and build your muscles. Now, your body needs energy to stay alive and perform your daily tasks. It would normally burn the nutrition from your food to fuel itself. If a lot of the nutrition from food has already been used to build muscle, the body is forced to burn some of your body fat as fuel.
