Please be at your point of departure at least 5minutes before we leave, if you’re not there at this time, our drivers will sell your seat to any walk-up customers wishing to board the service. If the departure is busy, our driver or on-board host will ask customers to approach the coach by boarding group. You will be in boarding group A, B or C and this will be on your confirmation. After stowing any bulky luggage, the driver or host will check your confirmation code and welcome you on-board.
