BMI will provide a final detail report to OFM-Benefits at the close of the audit, reporting all employees who satisfied the requirements of the audit and those who did not. OFM-Benefits and Human Resources will review any incomplete or pending cases. OFM-Benefits will not receive any copies of the documents you submitted to BMI, unless there is a dependent eligibility issue.
