How does BillJunction get my bill information?
After you register with BillJunction, you need to create your personal Billers/Payees list selecting from the list of service providers registered with us. Once you select a Biller your Consumer Reference Number would be communicated to the biller for authentication. On successful verification of the Consumer Reference Number, which takes 3 to 4 days, Billers would commence sending an electronic copy of your subsequent bills to us, which would be displayed at your personal Bill Inbox. Billers are service providers who provide details of your bill online, unlike Payees who only accept payments through us and do not present bills online.
