How does Bella Swan give birth?
Bella Swan gave birth to Renessmee in “Breaking Dawn”, the 4th book in the “Twilight” series. Renesmee needed Bella to drink blood when she was still in Bella’s stomach. Bella accidently knocked over her cup of blood and when she bent down to pick it up, her placenta detached (so the baby couldn’t breathe). Edward, Rosalie, and Jacob rushed to save her and the baby. Edward ripped over Bella’s stomach and her placenta with his vampire teeth and pulled the baby out.
