Fortunately, we have very few complaints, but when someone does have a concern we take it very seriously. As much as possible we try and deal with it face to face. That is, wherever possible we visit the customer and we follow a standard procedure to ensure we deal with the issue thoroughly. It is also a priority to retrieve the product concerned, as it may provide a clue(s) that we can learn from.
