EMS assigns a barcode number to each inventory/waste item. A label with the barcode can be attached to this item. Field inventory will be quick and easy from here on. Just scan the barcode label, change the quantity on hand, maybe move it to a different location and you are done. The data can be uploaded to EMS and all your records will automatically be updated.

When an inbound fax is received, our system will scan and read the barcode image (Data matrix or Code 39) on the document and feed the barcode value and the fax itself back to you within the XML Post.
