How does AZA work, from start to finish of a project?
• Initial contact — We return phone calls and e-mails within 24 hours. • Dialogue — We discuss what you want for your people, and maybe more important, what you don’t want. With your input, AZA will help develop tangible, practical results to meet your needs. • Design and review — We design a program based on your feedback and submit it for review. • Implementation — We deliver the learning session(s) within your time-frame. • Evaluation and Follow-Up — We welcome evaluation, using one of our instruments or one provided by the client. We prefer to meet with our contact after the session to go over the evaluations and discuss the results. 3. How are AZA’s fees negotiated? We have a wide range of clients and work with them individually to meet their needs. Fees, materials costs, development, travel, and AV/meeting room requirements are variables that may affect pricing. AZA is always competitive, and we keep our fees below industry average. 4.
