Youth Employment in Parks Youth Employment in Parks is a program that AYEA helped create (!) and continues to help run in partnership with Anchorage Parks & Recreation. It is an awesome job program for Anchorage-area youth, who get paid to spend their summer working on community improvement projects in Anchorage parks and assisting in summer recreation programs for kids.
