OK, the videos come in this order, Don’t Cry (1991), November Rain (1992) and Estranged (1993), all three videos are supposed to be an unofficial trilogy, The first of the trilogy is don’t cry, in this video you can see Axl’s character with his girlfriend who he eventually marries, the courtship shows his internal battle with emotional issues and it shows Axl and his girlfriend having relationship problems. The second in the trilogy is November Rain where as you said, his wife dies and he remembers her through a series of dreams in the video. The trilogy is based on books by Del James. The November Rain video was inspired by a short story called “without you” that Del James wrote.
