How does AWB assess candidates?
We measure candidates suitability against our four key selection criteria, which are: Attitude to working in a demanding environment in a foreign culture Ability to deal with problems independently Inter-personal and cross-cultural skills Technical accounting skills Technical accounting skills are measured by formal qualifications and the CV list of previous positions, responsibilities and achievements. We assess the other three key selection criteria by using a standard list of interview questions as well as by judgment based on a candidates CV and their overall performance in the interview.
