Editors are ranked based on Average Turnaround Time and Average Customer Rating. ZeroFlaws uses this data to determine Editor performance, and can preferentially assign work to Editors accordingly. Each of these parameters is based of the Editors most recent 5 jobs, except in the instance of customer refusal to pay (explained below). It should be an Editors priority to complete jobs as quickly and with the highest quality as possible, every time.
