How does ATTBI know to resume service to a previously banned address?

0

What happens is this: The address gets listed as “un-serviceable – see notes” in ATTBI’s system. The notes say that the previous subscriber was eliminated for abuse (IE running a server or un-capping…) and a new subscriber must call the legal center. The new subscriber must provide a copy of a new lease or proof of purchase of the house and then address gets listed as serviceable again.
