After you are done running payroll, you transmit your payroll data to our service via a secure Internet connection. One banking day before the check date on your paychecks, we transfer the funds for your payroll tax payments from the bank account you specify in your QuickBooks software when you sign up for QuickBooks Assisted Payroll. We make your federal tax payments through the Electronic Federal Tax Payment Service (EFTPS), in accordance with IRS requirements.
