There will be a two-step approach to developing the Children and Young People’s Plan: step one will be to bring together educational elements for children and young people into a revised Single Education Plan. The next step will be to take key elements of the Single Education Plan, along with non-education requirements for children and young people, to produce the Children and Young People’s Plan in 2008/09.
