How does “Art n Interior” proceed for the execution of the job?
Execution of project begins only after the client approves the concept along with the actual cost. After receiving an advance of the total fees from the client, the execution proceeds in 3 Phases. Phase 1 Concept Development Phase 2. Finalize all schemes. Prepare design drawings needed for custom furniture and any interior architectural details, if required. Finalize and prepare specification of all approved selection. Prepare budget costs. “Art n interior” consults with their associate architect or other professionals in connection with project, if necessary. Phase 3. During Progress of work Review all working drawings, specifications, and finished schedules submitted by contractor to ensure adherence to our design. Approve all materials, finishes, and color samples submitted by contractors. Supervise all decorative work in field. Inspect all installations at job site.
