How does Archiving work in MSDSpro?
MSDSpro automatically archives any updated MSDS for thirty-year employee protection legislation. Archival of existing MSDS documents and related Product information can occur when the database administrator updates a product from the MSDSpro CD, or selects groups of MSDS records to be archived using the Archive option. When any replacement MSDS document is brought into MSDSpro, the database administrator always has the option to archive the previous version, providing compliance for years to come.
