After seeking the same type of information about Vietnam visas a friend told me about an online site (http://www.vietnam-visa.com/) that he and his girlfriend used in December 2008. I used this online service in January 2009 for pre-approval of a single entry visa, as I don’t live anywhere near London. I flied to Vietnam so I used http://www.vietnam-visa.com/ for the prearranged visa for Vietnam. They are the cheapest service I’ve found, service fee is only $21 for the standard 30 day tourist visa. So, with the $25 stamping fee paid at the airport, that’s a total of $46. Happy travels!
