Occasionally non-IHON classes are approved for substitution of an IHON requirement. If prior approval has been given to substitute a class and the class does not appear on the CAPP report, a student must complete the IHON Alternate Course Form, obtain the necessary signature(s) and return the form to the Student Services Center for processing.
