How does an individual receive Oracle access so they show up on the User Access Profile (TAC Org) Report?
YSM TACs have a separate User Access Profile Report process administered by ITS Med Systems Support. Oracle access is given after the user has registered on XTRAIN , been approved by a TAC, and has successfully attended the class for the required course. Some specialized Oracle access may require process owner approval in addition to TAC approval. Please visit the Oracle Responsibilities web page to view an Excel spreadsheet showing: (1) Non-technical descriptions of the distributed Oracle responsibilities and their respective process owner authorizers, and (2) Training Course Information including Course Name, who should attend, and respective Oracle responsibilities. To view the entire list of both distributed and centralized Oracle responsibilities and their respective process owner authorizers, please see XADMIN. For all Policy and Procedure information regarding user access to Oracle applications, please visit the User Accounts topic page from Yale University’s Policies and Proced
