How does an identity check work if my application requires one?
We use the information you provide when you registered on the web for your MyCard. If that information does not check out, then we will call you within one business day at the number your provided to us. If you do not return our call, we will call you again a week later. If after 30 days and those two calls and you still have not gotten back to us, we will send a letter to you at the address you provided. Your application will be cancelled after 45 days from application date if you do not respond to our request for additional identification.
