How does an EntroPay Virtual Card work?
EntroPay allows you to create virtual VISA cards that are very similar in use to regular credit or debit cards. You use EntroPay Virtual VISA Cards to purchase online just as you would use credit or debit cards: you go to the web-shop, choose the product or service you need and enter the EntroPay Virtual Card details at the site checkout pages (usually you are asked to supply card number, expiry date and cardholder name). In your EntroPay Account, you are given a set of numbers on-screen: card number, expiry date and security digits (or the ‘CVV’) which are known only to you. With EntroPay, you can make payments without revealing any personal information to merchants, unlike when you use your regular credit or debit cards or paper cheques. You can even use a different EntroPay Virtual Card every time you wish to pay a merchant for a separate transaction.
