How does an employer define the personality requirements for a candidate search?
With a similar, though not identical, survey to yours, where they are thinking of the right person for the position they have, instead of the position itself. We encourage them to think of current star employees, or somebody that left that they really liked, or even of themselves, if they previously did the job well.
