How does an eligible employee apply for a SSN?
The new employee can complete the SSA application at either Payroll Services in the West Bank Office Building (WBOB), or the Job Center in the Donhowe Building on East Bank Campus. With the completed application, the person will be sent to the Social Security Administration office at 1811 Chicago Avenue South, Minneapolis, for an in-person interview.
