The transactions are downloaded manually via Secure File Transfer (SFT) digital certificate into your computer data storage. The 997 Functional Acknowledgement turnaround time is 24 hours. The 277 Claim Status Response turnaround time is 48 hours. And the negative 835 Remittance Advice, if any, expected turnaround time is 72 hours.
