How does AME Digitizing create a digitized embroidery design?
After we receive your instructions and artwork we consider any challenges in reproducing the artwork in embroidery. Some important factors come into play with embroidery that may not be an issue in print. Size of the text or logo, legibility when reproduced in thread and the physical limitations of thread and the garment fabric are just a few of them. If there is an design issue we will contact you immediately for approval on proposed changes. Now on to digitizing. The artwork is digitized with a program written specifically for embroidery reproduction. The act of digitizing is basically retracing the artwork while inserting various functions and stitch parameters where needed. Each element is individually recreated and combined in layers to create a finished embroidery design file. Each design is proved on our embroidery machine using a similar colors and material determined by your order.
