How does AIRCO Group process AOG calls after hours?
AIRCO Group has a sophisticated automated answering system built into our internal communications system. The system is programmed to efficiently process a customer call and enables the customer to obtain immediate attention when necessary. At AIRCO Group there is a sales representative assigned to AOG response 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year who has the capability to make immediate inquiries to the AIRCO inventory. When a customer leaves a detailed message in our system, that message is routed to the designated sales representative at frequent intervals until that message has been retrieved. An extensive backup system allows for communication to be made to multiple members of the AIRCO Group sales team until the message has been retrieved, and the customer’s inquiry responded to.
