How does Aestiva charge for support and upgrades?
Aestiva bundles software upgrades with support services. Annual support and upgrade contracts are priced at 16% of the current product value for values over $25,000, 18% of the current product value for values over $10,000 and 25% of the current product value for values below $10,000. Annual support and upgrade contracts are optional. Products prices up to $5,000 include 90 days of support (for IT and application admins) and upgrades at no extra charge. Products priced over $5,000 include one year of support and upgrades at no extra charge.
