Consistent with its wide range of services, Aeris pricing structure is tied the level of support offered to its clients, and is always discussed with the client before work is begun. All work, whether data acquisition or project management is coordinated via a formal proposal and contract. Regarding pricing, simple data acquisition is charged on a per hour basis; emissions fleet or carbon footprint analysis is charged based on the size of the fleet. Training and educational programs are charged based on program length and location. Pricing for more extensive support is negotiated with the client.
