How does Adopt A Beach help the environment?
Your advertising posters will be placed on beach barrels throughout the beach enabling people to put their waste in the barrel rather than litter the beach. Litter left on the sand is not only a visually unappealing, but often blows into the water polluting our oceans. Each barrel contains a public service message, “Keep Our Beaches Clean”, reminding everyone of our personal responsibility to the beach. A portion of your sponsorship dollars will be given directly to the County to help fund their maintenance teams in assisting to keep the beaches clean.
