How does ACTs cinnamon mouthwash taste?
ACT’s cinnamon is very light and a bit sweet. It’s not as strong as some other types of mouthwash I’ve tried. I taste cinnamon, but not so much that it irritates my mouth. Does it work? Well, I can’t say that ACT has totally prevented cavities for me. I have a tiny one that will be filled this week. However, I can say that I don’t seem to get as many cavities as I used to and the ones I do get are not as big. I also get some psychological satisfaction when I use ACT at night. I brush, floss, and then swish with ACT. Admittedly, I probably should use it in the morning. Warnings ACT should be kept out of reach of children. If it is accidentally swallowed, call a Poison Control Center immediately. I should also mention that ACT contains benzyl alcohol, which may make it inappropriate for some people.
