All relevant data made available from the Definity switch/MultiVantage server and/or IVR is held in a CallClass. A call represents a collection of devices engaged in a phone conversation. CallClass information is passed to an application through an ActiveX COM link at the desktop client, where the application initiates a screen pop based on the received information.
