How does Accenture encourage diversity in the workplace?
Our project teams are often composed of people from around the world, so there is cultural diversity present in our work environment almost by default. We strongly believe that the power of cooperation within diverse and global groups of people is a strength that increases our ability to innovate and enhances our performance. Committed employees in Norway have formed a network that focuses on cultural diversity. The members have different cultural backgrounds and they share a common goal: to create an open and welcoming work environment with an understanding of cultural differences. There is also an active women’s network aimed at attracting and retraining women at Accenture.
