How does ABBYY Enterprise Forms process data?
A batch of forms is transferred from one module of the complex to another as soon as it has been processed. The routing of each batch can vary for different types of batches. • The scanning workstation inputs data and registers tasks. • The recognition workstation recognizes images and converts them into readable data. It also determines the structure of multi-page documents. • On the verification station the recognition results are verified using special validation rules. Here they are also subjected to visual control by the operator. • The additional correction station analyzes the structure of multi-page documents and corrects any irregularities that may have occurred in their structure. • At the final stage the data are exported to a file, database, or information management system.
