How does AACTS handle Intake?

0

The AACTS Intake process is flexible, comprehensive and user-friendly. It is structured to work equally for dedicated/centralized Intake units, for Intake that rotates among social workers and for dual IHSS/APS Intake. AACTS’ sophisticated search engine allows Intake Workers to establish instantly whether a Client has previously been in the system and to access past or current case histories and to update or edit information in any open case. Counties with a shared APS and IHSS Intake process have immediate access to Client histories in both programs.
