How does a wireless network card work?
A wireless network card works in the same fashion as a wired network card. It sends and receives data at a high rate of speed. However, instead of using a wire to communicate like a land-line telephone, it transmits and receives data via radio waves like a cell phone. Wireless network cards are capable of communicating a wide variety of information such as text or e-mail, pictures, web pages, sound, and anything else you can view or store on a computer. A wireless network card can be configured to communicate to transmit data to and from the Internet using the MoonOverAddison wireless network.
