How does a TPC corporate apartment compare with traditional apartment communities?
Many apartment communities say they offer corporate apartments. However most do not offer a full-range of standard amenities such as phone service and/or utilities, or may require additional fees to setup these services for you. Additionally, you may be required to sign a long lease. TPC offers a stream-lined, two-page lease process with generous lease terms for all stays including a 15-day notice on most apartments. Additionally, all *utilities are included in our quoted daily rate for each of our stylishly-furnished corporate apartment homes with no hidden set-up fees. *High-speed internet access and long-distance phone service is not included but we will gladly arrange for these services for an additional charge.
