How does a tooth that hits slightly prematurely get sore?
The small prematurity hits every time you close your mouth, and it gets sore. It can also get very sensitive to hot and cold. When your occlusion is adjusted and the prematurity is removed, your tooth will get better. It will probably take overnight for the soreness to go away, but it will happen if this was the problem.
